Founder, XruitE
XruitE was founded in February 2025 by Sachin (Meghanand) Patankar. Over nearly two decades, he worked across industries and company types, from family-owned enterprises to large corporates, developing deep expertise in identifying and engaging professionals who are not actively looking.
That discipline, applied consistently across Indian business, became the foundation on which XruitE's leadership search practice was built.
XruitE focuses on leadership appointments at the board, C-suite, and enterprise-critical level, where discretion, judgement, and accountability are non-negotiable.
The ambition is straightforward: to become the firm that boards, founders, and investors trust with their most consequential leadership decisions.
